AWS Premium Support is seeking Support Engineers to provide world-class technical support across all AWS offerings. This role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with customer service excellence, working with a diverse range of customers to resolve complex technical issues. Engineers work on a follow-the-sun model, eliminating the need for after-hours on-call duties.
