Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their global support team. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support for various Linux services focusing on AWS Compute Technologies such as EC2 Core/Linux, Elastic Block Store (EBS), LightSail, ElastiCache, and more.

The position requires a minimum of 2 years of Linux administration experience and strong troubleshooting skills. You'll work in a dynamic environment, solving complex technical issues through multiple communication channels, and contributing to the improvement of AWS services through customer feedback.
