Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their global support team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while supporting AWS's diverse customer base. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support for various Linux services focusing on AWS Compute Technologies such as EC2 Core/Linux, Elastic Block Store (EBS), LightSail, ElastiCache, and more.

The position requires a strong foundation in Linux administration and networking, with opportunities to develop expertise in specific AWS services. You'll work in a dynamic environment, solving complex technical challenges and helping customers optimize their cloud infrastructure. The role involves direct customer interaction through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone support.

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer I - Linux

  • Understanding of 3-tier web application
