Join AWS Support Engineering Team as a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Storage and Content Delivery (SCD). This role focuses on providing technical support for AWS cloud services, particularly in storage solutions like S3, NFS, Lustre, and content delivery networks (CDN). You'll be part of a 24/7 Japanese-language support team, working during regular business hours with no night shifts required.

The position involves handling customer inquiries through multiple channels, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to service improvements. You'll work with over 200 AWS services divided into 10 technical profiles, specifically focusing on storage and content delivery solutions. The role offers opportunities to learn cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to the AWS community through technical content creation.

The support team operates with a well-structured handoff system across different time zones, ensuring work-life harmony. You'll have access to internal translation tools for international communication and opportunities to grow alongside talented engineers worldwide. Linux
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP and HTTP)

  • Excellent Japanese communication skills (verbal and written)
  • English communication skills (reading and writing)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00-21:00, including weekend rotations
