Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer II - Windows (English/Portuguese speakers)

  • Solving customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/chat)
  • Driving initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience
  • Providing feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvements
  • Working on complex customer problems across multiple AWS services
  • Continuous learning of new technologies and developing technical skills
  • Acting as interviewer and mentoring new team members
  • Working 5 days a week on a rotational basis (including possible weekends)

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer II - Windows (English/Portuguese speakers)

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or related field or equivalent military experience
  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Experience with system administration and troubleshooting (Linux and/or Windows)
  • Experience with networking (HTTP/s, TCP/IP, DNS, OSI model, routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise systems administration in Windows Server and related services
  • Experience with Windows troubleshooting tools
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
