  • 1+ years of system administration or network and operating system support experience
  • 6+ months of software development or 1+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Fluency in both written and verbal Japanese
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in Bigdata architecture or web security (preferred)
  • Experience deploying, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Windows Server (preferred)
