Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer (Korean speaker)

  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' needs
  • Partner with Amazon Web Services teams to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Write tutorials, how-to videos, and technical articles for the developer community
  • Work on complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services
  • Coach/mentor new hires
  • Develop & present training
  • Partner with development teams on complex issues

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer (Korean speaker)

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical role
  • Experience in OS Administration (Linux/Windows) and Network Essentials (DNS, TCP/IP)
  • Experience in one of: Databases, Big Data, Analytics, Security, Development languages, Storage or Content Delivery, DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, IT, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field OR equivalent experience
