Amazon Lab126, a subsidiary of Amazon.com founded in 2004, is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join their Device OS team. This role is crucial in supporting the development of innovative consumer electronics like Kindle, Fire tablets, Fire TV, and Amazon Echo. The position involves supporting scalable cloud solutions that enable partners to quickly build and launch services/devices cost-effectively.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting T1 cloud services for Device OS, working on multi-year business-critical cloud technology solutions that will be implemented across millions of devices. Your role will involve troubleshooting, triaging, and supporting various AWS environments while managing availability, latency, and performance of mission-critical services.
