Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer - Linux

  • Provide technical solutions to help customers achieve their business goals
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and find root causes
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Engage with subject matter experts and AWS service development teams
  • Develop and host training sessions
  • Create technical articles and documentation
  • Work with AWS services including EC2, EBS, ElastiCache

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Linux

  • Experience with Linux OS troubleshooting and Linux system administration (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc)
  • Experience in system performance monitoring, analysis and tuning
  • Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing (Hypervisors, VMware, Xen)
  • Understanding of basic networking (UDP, TCP, IP, DNS, route tables)
  • Ability to lead technical discussions
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and intermediate English proficiency
