AWS Cloud Support Engineer position focuses on providing expert technical guidance to a diverse customer base ranging from startups to large enterprises. The role involves deep technical troubleshooting, particularly in networking technologies such as DNS, load balancing, IPsec, SSL, TCP/IP, routing and switching. Engineers work with AWS services including ELB, Route 53, WAF, Virtual Private Network, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway and Auto Scaling.

Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer - Networking

  • Provide technical solutions to help customers achieve business goals
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and find root causes
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers
  • Work with DNS, load balancing, IPsec, SSL, TCP/IP, routing and switching
  • Support AWS services including ELB, Route 53, WAF, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway
  • Develop and host training, create technical articles, and present at AWS events

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Networking

Linux
  • Experience in network/system administration
  • Good understanding of either layer 3-4 or layer 4-7 protocols
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin
  • Understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, IP, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP)
  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
