The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, utilizing professional knowledge to investigate cases and identify root causes while understanding each customer's needs and considerations.

The position focuses on networking expertise, particularly in areas such as DNS, load balancing, IPsec, SSL, TCP/IP, routing, and switching. You'll work with customers using various AWS services including ELB, Route 53, WAF, Virtual Private Network, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and Auto Scaling.
