As part of the AWS Support Engineering team, you'll work in a follow-the-sun model during daytime hours, handling technical problems through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.

The role involves deep technical problem-solving, where you'll investigate customer issues, determine root causes, and deliver tailored solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers. Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Networking

Linux
  • Experience in network/system administration
  • Good understanding of layer 3-4 or layer 4-7 protocols
  • Experience with VPN solutions (preferred)
  • Experience managing full application stacks (preferred)
  • Proficiency in network administration (DNS, BGP, Load Balancing) (preferred)
  • Understanding of firewall concepts and rules (preferred)
