As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, assisting a global list of companies and developers in leveraging AWS services for their mission-critical applications.
Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Sagemaker, Vision & other, Support Engineering
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and data preparation techniques
- Expertise in Hadoop Administration, support, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Linux and Networking concepts
- Intermediate programming/scripting skills, preferably in Java or Python
- Experience with data preparation techniques for training
- Experience with training models, hyperparameter tuning, hosting, and deployment of models
- Understanding of common ML algorithms such as Linear Learner, Decision-Trees, Kmeans, etc.
- Experience with one or more ML Frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.
