As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, assisting a global list of companies and developers in leveraging AWS services for their mission-critical applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions
  • Interacting with leading engineers worldwide

  • Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and data preparation techniques
  • Expertise in Hadoop Administration, support, and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of Linux and Networking concepts

  • Experience with training models, hyperparameter tuning, hosting, and deployment of models
