AWS is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Security and Crypto to join their global support organization. This role combines technical expertise in cloud security with customer service excellence. You'll work with AWS's comprehensive security services including IAM, Cognito, Certificate Manager, and KMS, while ensuring customers implement robust security practices.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cloud technology, supporting a global customer base in implementing secure cloud solutions. You'll troubleshoot complex security challenges, provide technical guidance, and help customers optimize their AWS security configurations. Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Security and Crypto

  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

  • Knowledge of cyber security (IAM, federation, authentication protocols)
