  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/chat)
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvements
  • Work on complex customer problems spanning multiple AWS services
  • Coach/mentor new team members
  • Work 5 days a week on a rotational basis including weekends

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer - Security Identity and Protection

Linux
  • 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or related field
  • Experience in cybersecurity (identity and access management, federation, vulnerability detection)
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP model and OSI fundamentals
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, network connection best practices
  • Knowledge of OS filesystems
