This role is ideal for someone with a background in cybersecurity or technical support who is passionate about cloud security and customer service. You'll need at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong knowledge of security concepts, particularly in identity and access management. The position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology while making a significant impact on customers' security posture.

Working at AWS means joining a team that prioritizes security as "job zero" and believes in the critical importance of strong security practices for cloud computing.
