Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join our team in Seoul. As a Cloud Support Engineer (CSE), you will provide technical support for customers using AWS services, focusing on troubleshooting and general guidance. The role spans multiple AWS service profiles including Computing (Linux/Windows), Networking & Security, Storage & CDN, Deployment, Developer & Mobile Services, and Database & Analytics.

You'll work with world-class engineers globally, leveraging AWS's cutting-edge technologies to solve complex customer challenges. The position offers extensive opportunities to build expertise across various technical layers, from networking to OS and applications, while working with AWS's diverse service portfolio.
