Cloud Support Engineer - Senior

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join our team in Seoul. As a Cloud Support Engineer (CSE), you will provide technical support for customers using AWS services, focusing on troubleshooting and general guidance. The role spans multiple AWS service profiles including Computing (Linux/Windows), Networking & Security, Storage & CDN, Deployment, Developer & Mobile Services, and Database & Analytics.

You'll work with world-class engineers globally, leveraging AWS's cutting-edge technologies to solve complex customer challenges. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AWS services

Requirements:

• 4+ years of technical support experience
• 3+ years of network and operating system support experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Database administration experience preferred
