Cloud Support Engineer - Storage & Content Delivery

As a Cloud Support Engineer at AWS, you will have the opportunity to deepen and broaden your technical expertise, engage with a wide range of customers from small startups to large enterprises, and enjoy work-life balance. You will focus on technology related to software-defined storage or content & media delivery, working with AWS services including S3, CloudFront, SES, MediaConvert, Kinesis Video Streams, Backup, and Storage Gateway.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality technical solutions to help customers achieve their business goals
• Diving deep into complex questions to find root causes
• Guiding customers through various contact channels
• Collaborating with internal teams and subject matter experts
• Developing and hosting training, creating technical articles, and participating in AWS events

Requirements:

• Excellent Mandarin proficiency
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration
• Detailed knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting
• Experience with web-based services and applications
• Understanding of Software Defined Storage (SDS) and Content Delivery Networks (CDN)
