Responsibilities For Colocation Regional Engineer

  • Review design for new Data Centers in your region
  • Act as resident engineer during new colo construction projects
  • Troubleshoot and conduct Root Cause Analysis for site/equipment failures
  • Provide technical support for existing data center upgrades
  • Lead engineering site audits within leased or colo data centers
  • Interface with operating partners and various teams
  • Support construction, commissioning, and handover
  • Work on concurrent projects across multiple geographical regions

Requirements For Colocation Regional Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience with industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment/design related to data centers
  • Experience with EPMS/SCADA/BMS Controls systems
