Commissioning Engineer

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a dynamic Commissioning Engineer to join their team responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining the backbone of AWS's cloud operations, working with critical infrastructure across data centers worldwide.

The position involves overseeing and coordinating multi-discipline work related to design review and commissioning of Amazon's critical infrastructure. You'll work with various systems including medium and low voltage power systems, Generators, UPS, HVAC, Chilled Water, BMS, and EPMS systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in either mechanical or electrical systems, with the opportunity to expand knowledge across multiple domains.

As a Commissioning Engineer, you'll collaborate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams, providing crucial input into scheduling, test script development, and project planning. You'll be responsible for ensuring all commissioning procedures adhere to safety practices and policies while maintaining compliance with environmental and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
