Commissioning Engineer

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a dynamic Commissioning Engineer to join their team responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. This role is crucial in keeping the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment.

The position involves overseeing and coordinating multi-discipline work related to design review and commissioning of Amazon's critical infrastructure. You'll work with various systems including medium and low voltage power systems, Generators, UPS, HVAC, Chilled Water, BMS, and EPMS systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in either mechanical, electrical, or control systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to others.

As a Commissioning Engineer, you'll collaborate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams, providing input into scheduling, test script development, and project planning. You'll be responsible for developing and reviewing testing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety practices, and maintaining quality standards. The position includes comprehensive weekly reporting and managing multiple concurrent projects.
