Commissioning Engineer, AMER-East ACx

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Data Center Commissioning Engineer (CxE) to join their team responsible for building and supporting Amazon's data center operations. As a CxE, you'll be part of a highly creative and efficient team tackling fascinating challenges in critical infrastructure.

The role involves working with various systems including medium and low voltage power systems, generators, UPS, HVAC, chilled water systems, and building management systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring construction quality meets engineering designs and customer requirements.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This team keeps the cloud running by supporting all AWS data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, and security experts.

The position requires strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or control systems, with the ability to learn other areas. You'll review design documentation, develop test procedures, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
