The role demands expertise in construction project management, overseeing activities related to new builds and capital projects. You'll manage project scope, quality, schedule, and budget while interfacing with construction general contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include conducting negotiations, creating project scopes, performing financial analysis, and ensuring quality control.
This position requires a strong background in construction management, with at least 6 years of experience in managing large-scale MEP projects. You'll need deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, building codes, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience with power management systems and large-scale technical operations.
