Responsibilities For Control Systems Engineer I - Lakeland, FL, RME

  • Serve as the site expert for maintaining automation systems critical for operations
  • Collaborate with building Operations, Engineering teams, and various other teams for MHE systems optimization
  • Maintain and troubleshoot material handling control systems
  • Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues
  • Provide first-level escalation support for site technicians
  • Facilitate Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes
  • Perform and analyze building System Assessments
  • Communicate technical issues and project timelines to stakeholders

Requirements For Control Systems Engineer I - Lakeland, FL, RME

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis
  • Experience with robotics work cells and its control systems
  • Experience with Ladder Logic and structure programming from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs
  • Experience with electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated equipment
  • Must work flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
