AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Controls Engineer for Construction (BMS/EPMS) to join their EMEA team. This role is crucial in managing building automation systems within Amazon data centers. The position combines technical expertise in project/construction management with mechanical and electrical knowledge to handle sophisticated controls platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) & Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across AWS's leased/colocation data centers. They will work closely with Data Center Engineering Operations teams to implement new builds and upgrades while ensuring high availability and resiliency of control systems.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The team supports all AWS data centers, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continuous access to AWS services.
