Responsibilities For Data Center Engineering Ops Engineer, DCEO

  • Manage critical infrastructure maintenance and operations
  • Support troubleshooting facility and rack-level events
  • Perform rack installs, rack decommissioning, and facility management
  • Coordinate with DCO managers, Networking, Logistics, Safety, Security teams
  • Generate change management requests & incident management tickets
  • Prepare reports on data center facility infrastructure operations
  • Implement projects to increase facility capacity, efficiency, and reliability
  • Manage vendors and contractors performing maintenance works

Requirements For Data Center Engineering Ops Engineer, DCEO

Linux
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 2+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
  • Ability to participate in a 24 x 7 rotating shift roster
  • Experience in management of vendors/contractors
  • Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and control systems
