Data Center Facility Operations Manager, DCC Communities

In this role, you'll be part of the AWS Infrastructure Services team that owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You'll work with teams of front-line responders who support the operations of some of the world's most powerful data centers, maintaining critical infrastructure systems that ensure 99.999% uptime.

As a Facility Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the data center's physical infrastructure, managing teams of 24x7 shift technicians while ensuring high availability and performance. You'll be responsible for maintaining service level agreements, managing operations budgets, and driving safety and security culture within your team. The role involves working with sophisticated systems including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, and cooling systems.
