Data Center Operation Technician (IT Engineer)

Key job responsibilities: • 7x24 roster duty in data center operations • Incident first responder and onsite hands-on support • Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guidelines • Maintain proper media operations according to process guidelines • Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guidelines • Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas • Innovate and contribute from day-to-day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting
• Basic level of English in read/write and verbal communication
• Basic knowledge of network cabling (fiber optic) and operation support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry experience in Data Center Operations
• Knowledge of data center networking
• Knowledge of cloud computing
• Knowledge of continuous process improvement
• Understanding of data center safety and security environment
