Data Center Operations Engineer, DCO (Data Center Operations)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining the backbone of AWS's cloud computing services.

As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you'll be part of a diverse team working on mission-critical infrastructure that powers thousands of businesses worldwide. You'll be responsible for maintaining high system reliability, troubleshooting Linux servers and network hardware, and participating in crucial data center operations including power and cooling management.

The role involves working in a 24x7 shift rotation environment, where you'll handle various responsibilities from rack installation to hardware replacement and system maintenance. You'll collaborate with global teams, third-party vendors, and contractors while contributing to local, regional, and global projects.
