Data Center Operations Manager, DCO

As a Data Center Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you'll be at the forefront of managing the world's largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure. This role combines technical leadership with operational excellence in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing high-performing teams of engineers
• Maintaining and optimizing existing data centers while helping build and launch new ones
• Driving continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Managing relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Creating and utilizing metrics to drive positive changes
• Implementing service methodologies including incident, problem, and change management

You'll be joining AWS Infrastructure Services, the team responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS global infrastructure. We own the foundation that keeps the cloud running, managing everything from servers and storage to networking, power, and cooling equipment.
