  • Operationally responsible for several Amazon.com's Data Centers during day shift
  • Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians and operators
  • Coordinate change management resources
  • Guide, train and educate data staff on best practices
  • Manage and deliver mid-size projects
  • Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures
  • Manage a diverse team of data technicians
  • Provide weekly reports to the data center manager
  • Maintain the on-call schedule
  • Recruit and train data technicians
  • Host weekly staff meetings
  • Write and deliver performance reviews for staff

Requirements For Data Center Operations Manager, DCO Chantilly

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing people in a technical environment
