  • Provide technical support for on-site management of contractors and vendors
  • Establish and analyze performance benchmarks for data center facility operations
  • Generate change management requests & incident management tickets
  • Coordinate projects and manage capacity with DCO managers
  • Support installation of racks and provision of power/cooling
  • Manage routine maintenance and emergency services for essential systems
  • Assist in design, implementation, and commissioning of new facilities
  • Drive projects to increase facility capacity, efficiency, and reliability
  • Support operating partners in infrastructure engineering issues

Linux
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in maintaining a DC or Critical space facility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
