Data Engineer

Amazon's Device, Digital & Alexa Support (D2AS) organization is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team of innovative problem-solvers. This role sits at the intersection of customer support technologies and data engineering, where you'll be instrumental in developing products and analytics that enhance Amazon's customer support capabilities.

As a Data Engineer, you'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including Spark, EMR, Python, Redshift, Glue, and S3 to build scalable data solutions. Your responsibilities will span from creating robust data pipelines to developing sophisticated BI dashboards that drive key business decisions. You'll collaborate with data scientists and business intelligence engineers to architect solutions that make complex datasets more accessible and usable.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $118,900 to $205,600 per year, depending on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), and parental leave.
