Responsibilities For Data Engineer, Decision Intelligence Technology

  • Develop and improve the current data architecture, data quality, monitoring and data availability
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to implement advanced analytics algorithms
  • Partner with BAs across teams to build and verify hypothesis to improve the AWS Support business
  • Help continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes
  • Keep up to date with advances in big data technologies and run pilots to design the data architecture

Requirements For Data Engineer, Decision Intelligence Technology

Python
  • 3+ years of data engineering experience
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda preferred
  • Experience with non-relational databases / data stores preferred
