Design Program Manager, Global Realty Building Design & Engineering (GR BD&E)

Amazon's Global Realty Building Design and Engineering (GR BD&E) team is seeking a Design Program Manager to shape their industrial building portfolio. This role involves developing innovative and sustainable customer fulfillment and logistics building design solutions for Worldwide Operations. The position requires coordinating with up to 30 technical, operational, and functional stakeholder groups to create integrated facility designs.

The ideal candidate will work independently with internal and external teams to manage complex cross-functional projects. They must excel at transforming abstract concepts into clear documentation and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. The role involves creating sustainable, efficient, and standardized building designs across North America.

As part of GR BD&E, you'll be responsible for building design templates that provide innovative solutions for the Worldwide Operations network. The team leverages technology and tools to develop industry-leading logistics building designs that are safe, sustainable, efficient, and economical across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $114,400 to $205,500 based on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), and parental leave options.
