This role requires 12x7 on-call support on a rotation basis schedule among team members. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
You will have the opportunity to work within multiple systems, researching and identifying common issues, and driving teams towards resolutions to have a positive impact on customer experience.
