Join AWS's Annapurna Labs team as a DFT Design Engineer working on the Graviton ARM-based server project. As part of Amazon Web Services, the world's leading cloud platform, you'll be working in a dynamic environment that combines the innovation of a startup with the resources of a global tech leader.

The role focuses on Design-for-Test (DFT), a critical multi-disciplinary field that requires collaboration with various VLSI engineering groups. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing DFT architecture, designing and verifying DFT logic components, and supporting silicon bring-up and analysis.

  • BSc degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering from leading universities
  • 3+ years of experience in Chip Design/ DFT/ Design Verification
  • Knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog
  • UVM methodology experience
  • Scripting skills
