Responsibilities For DFT Engineer
- Develop semiconductor platform based on revolutionary architecture
- Architecture definition and logic design
- Test patterns generation
- Chip bring-up and verification

- Oversee device lifecycle from definition to mass production
- Work with chip design, verification, backend, test, and reliability teams
Requirements For DFT Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- 0-4 years of experience in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer
- Knowledge of chip design, Verilog and System Verilog
- Experience with verification and UVM methodology
- Familiarity with ATPG tools
- Experience with scan insertion tools
- Knowledge of gate-level simulations
- Understanding of static timing analysis
- Scripting skills (Perl/Tcl)
- Familiarity with ATE
