Description For DFT Verification Engineer, Graviton Server

AWS is seeking a DFT Verification Engineer to join their Annapurna Labs team, focusing on the development of Graviton ARM-based servers. This role combines hardware engineering with cloud computing innovation, offering a unique opportunity to work on technologies powering the world's largest cloud provider.

The position is within the AWS Utility Computing (UC) organization, which is responsible for foundational services like S3 and EC2. As a DFT engineer, you'll be involved in the complete chip design process, from architecture definition to mass production. The role requires expertise in Design-for-Test methodologies and involves close collaboration with various VLSI engineering teams.

Linux
  • BSc degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering from leading universities
  • 3+ years of experience in Chip Design/DFT/Design Verification
  • Verilog, System Verilog experience
  • UVM methodology knowledge
  • Scripting skills
