  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for new launches
  • End-to-end ownership for large-scale engineering projects
  • Assess and communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Develop Business Continuity and Risk Mitigation plans
  • Resource planning
  • Support expansion and execution of RME qualification process

Requirements For Early Life Cycle Manager, Early Life-Cycle Management and Building Experience Management

  • 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level (preferred)
  • Experience working with and managing third party vendors (preferred)
  • Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing (preferred)
