As an Engineering Operations Technician I (EOT), you will:

  • Drive innovation while reducing operational costs in the facilities
  • Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Perform rack installs, rack decommissioning, operational readings, and facility management

  • Support multiple locations/sites

The role requires physical capabilities such as walking on uneven terrain, maintaining balance on ladders, lifting up to 39 pounds unassisted, and participating in group lifts for 40+ pounds. You'll regularly walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, climb stairs, twist, bend, work above shoulders, grasp, carry, push and pull.

AWS values diverse experiences, work-life harmony, and fosters a culture of inclusion through employee-led affinity groups and ongoing learning experiences. We strive to become Earth's Best Employer by providing knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and career-advancing resources.
