Responsibilities For Environmental Engineer, AWS Environmental

  • Assess and support compliance with national and local environmental regulations
  • Support business growth through environmental due diligence reviews and permitting
  • Integrate with engineering, construction, and operations teams
  • Maintain Environmental Management Systems (EMS) compliance
  • Develop, analyze, and forecast environmental metrics

Requirements For Environmental Engineer, AWS Environmental

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering/science, geology, geography, biology, chemistry or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as environmental technical resource, consultant, manager, or program specialist
  • Experience in environmental compliance, auditing, permitting/reporting, waste management
  • Knowledge of Australian environmental regulations and licensing requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
