Responsibilities For Events Engineer I, Event Productions, IT Services
- Implement setup and strike of audio, lighting, video, staging equipment
- Setup and configuration of audio, lighting, video production and presentation systems
- Work with overhire support and internal teams to deliver complex setups
- Communicate and report on assignments using designated resources
- Maintain organized office and storage areas
- Work independently with all levels of organization
- Adjust work schedule to business needs
- Analyze and improve existing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve Audio, Lighting, Video Production system issues
- Conduct system testing and provide detailed reports
- Ensure safe working practices and report safety concerns
Requirements For Events Engineer I, Event Productions, IT Services
- 2-4 year degree in event production/engineering or related field experience
- MS Office 365 suite proficiency
- Audio mixers operation (Yamaha CL/QL series, Allen and Heath SQ series)
- Vision mixer operation and setup (Grass Valley, Sony, SAM, Ross)
- Video camera framing and setup
- PTZ camera operation
- Stage lighting experience
- Japanese and English proficiency
