AWS Infrastructure Services is at the heart of keeping the cloud running, managing the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The Facility Operations Center (FOC) serves as the Command Center for AWS Data Centers, operating 24/7x365 with a follow-the-sun approach. As a FOC Engineer, you'll join a diverse team responsible for remotely monitoring Data Center power and cooling infrastructure globally. The role involves supporting onsite operations teams, analyzing alarm systems, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, security, and availability.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge facility infrastructure while collaborating with software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, and security experts. You'll be part of a team that ensures AWS customers have continuous access to innovation while maintaining the lowest possible costs. Linux
  • 2+ years of Command Control Center and/or relevant work experience in a critical facility environment
  • 2+ years of Technical training/experience or Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in data center engineering (preferred)
