Facility Operations Centre Engineer

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a Facility Operations Centre (FOC) Engineer to join their Data Centre Global Engineering Operations team. This role is crucial in maintaining AWS's global infrastructure, supporting the monitoring and operation of data centers that power cloud services worldwide. The FOC is responsible for 24x7 monitoring of data centre physical infrastructure and serves as a facilitator for Large Scale Events (LSEs) and Critical Site Events (CSEs).

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data centre IT infrastructure and facilities infrastructure, ensuring optimal customer experience through consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.
