Responsibilities For FPGA Development Engineer, Bespoke Solutions

  • Develop custom RTL and integrate with third party libraries to build end to end 100G+ solutions
  • Collaborate with design and system engineers to perform tradeoffs and architect new solutions
  • Own the interface between software and hardware by developing drivers and providing software examples
  • Participate in design meetings to plan development and review peer designs
  • Help identify new opportunities and new technologies to improve customer experience
  • Debug RTL in simulation, synthesize and implement ensuring it meets timing and performance requirements
  • Deploy RTL onto hardware targets and debug issues in RTL, hardware, or software
  • Provide subject matter expertise in architectural discussions and strategic planning meetings

Requirements For FPGA Development Engineer, Bespoke Solutions

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • 3+ years developing programmable logic in VHDL or Verilog for FPGA SOCs
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
