Front End Engineer, Amazon DSP Creative Experience

Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform) team is looking for Front-End or Full Stack engineers to help define and build the seamless customer experience and high-performance application for their next-generation ad program. You'll play a critical role in the design and implementation of a strategic product for advertisers to manage their ad creatives and campaign landing pages.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining products and shaping ambiguous business goals into working software solutions
• Taking initiative and working across teams in a relatively unstructured environment
• Designing simple and elegant systems that will scale to support millions of users
• Working on MVP products and innovating on behalf of the customer

The role involves solving problems for global brands while focusing on the customer experience for shoppers viewing these creatives. The DSP Creative Experience team caters to well-established brands seeking to influence the Amazon shopper journey through advertisements across various mediums, including display, video, and audio experiences.

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $129,300/year to $223,600/year depending on the geographic market. The package may also include equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
