Front End Engineer, Project Kuiper

Project Kuiper is an ambitious Amazon initiative aimed at revolutionizing global connectivity through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the team developing customer engagement systems for this groundbreaking space technology project. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for managing and monitoring Kuiper's terrestrial devices, working with cutting-edge technologies and following best-in-industry software engineering practices.

The position involves working on critical systems that will help bridge the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide. You'll be part of a team that owns the complete customer lifecycle for telecom services, including identity and account management, subscriber management, billing and payments, and customer support tools.

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with Software Development Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to create intuitive, accessible, and highly functional user interfaces. The role requires expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in modern frameworks like React. You'll be involved in everything from idea generation to technical design and implementation, ensuring the highest quality standards and accessibility compliance.
