The role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating globally available distributed systems for managing and monitoring Kuiper's terrestrial devices. Key responsibilities include shaping product strategy, UI presentation, and feature development from ideation to implementation. The role requires partnership with device software, satellite, networking, and security engineering teams.
The team owns the development of architecture, solutions, and roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for telecom services, including identity and account management, subscriber management, billing and payments, customer support tools, and analytics.
The compensation package is comprehensive, ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 per year based on location, plus equity, sign-on payments, and full benefits.
