AWS offers a comprehensive compensation package, with base pay ranging from $118,200 to $204,300 annually, depending on location and experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of UX/UI design experience, strong programming skills, and the ability to work directly with customers to understand and solve their business challenges. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, as you'll be working with federal agencies.
