This role is crucial in maintaining and improving the hundreds of AWS data centers globally, focusing on delivering the highest quality and lowest cost physical security, availability, capacity, and scaling results for customers.
The position offers an opportunity to work on challenging problems with global impact, designing and implementing software solutions for Condition based maintenance, Asset management, Field engineering failure handling, and Global Environmental Information Management Systems (EIMS). Responsibilities For Full Stack Software Engineer, Data Center Engineering
- Design software solutions to enable new features or improve software
- Work with business stakeholders to identify customer needs and convert them into goals
- Suggest and implement best practices for coding, design and operational excellence
- Mentor L4 engineers and develop them
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for Condition based maintenance
- Work on Asset management, Field engineering failure handling
- Implement Global Environmental Information Management Systems (EIMS)
Requirements For Full Stack Software Engineer, Data Center Engineering
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
