The AWS Center for Quantum Computing in Pasadena, CA, is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer with expertise in semiconductor process development and lithography techniques. This role is crucial in AWS's mission to deliver cloud quantum computing services to its global customer base. The position involves working in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments within the device fabrication group, focusing on solving challenges related to quantum processor fabrication and characterization.

  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee/asylum status, or able to obtain US export license
  • Knowledge of engineering practices for full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle
